What to expect in a meeting: In the first session, you'll share what brought you to coaching as a support to learn more about diet and nutrition. I'll ask you questions that will allow you to connect more deeply to what motivates you to eat healthier. Then we'll discuss anything that you'd like to go deeper into and brainstorm ideas that will help you shift your mindset and inspire change. Finally, you'll make goals for the upcoming week and we'll discuss what obstacles might be in the way and what would support you in achieving your goals. We'll wrap it up reflecting on what was helpful and how I can support you in future sessions.
