As a health coach, when creating plans I focus not just on the physical aspect but the person as a whole. Your goals, lifestyle, and mental health matter too. When it comes to fitness, everyone has different goals. Some people want to lose weight, others want to gain muscle, and some just want to improve their overall health. No matter what your goals are, I can help you create a personalized fitness plan that will help you reach them.
Let’s start with the bigger picture. As we’ve seen in improving one’s fitness, we need to take into account different areas of training, nutrition, and lifestyle. Focusing on only one or two things gets only mediocre results at best. When we talk about an effective workout plan, we should take into consideration at least three things:
● Aerobic exercise
● Strength training
● Nutrition (that we’ll deal with in another chapter)
That being said, those are the most important parts, but there is a lot more that goes into a good plan, but we’ll get into.
Oftentimes, “life happens,” and it turns out you aren’t able to follow your plan or you have to adjust it. That’s not a problem. Rather, it’s a necessity cause nothing ever goes 100% according to the plan. Be willing to adjust fast, but don’t make compromises that stop you from achieving your goals. Always stick to the core plan; details are adjustable.
Every plan is maid tailored to you.
