What to expect in a meeting: We will go over your current goals and eating habits. It is helpful to have a food diary documenting at least a week of food consumptions. Then, I will give you brief education to help you better understand your current health status. Lastly, we will use SMART goals to create a 12 week plan, which also includes strategies for sticking to your plan and maintaining results.
