During your initial Mindful Weight Loss session you will:

Assess your overall wellbeing and level of life satisfaction via the Life Balance Wheel and Mindful Eating questionnaire.

  • Discuss your health, weight and relaxation goals.

  • Explore your current stress management strategies and self-care routine.

  • Identify barriers that might prevent you from reaching your goals.

We will discuss:

  • Which diets or weight loss programs have they tried?

  • At what age did weight and food become an issue?

  • How was food and eating treated in their family?

  • Which emotions do they repeatedly experience around the issue of eating (when dealing with food)?
