Assess your overall wellbeing and level of life satisfaction via the Life Balance Wheel and Mindful Eating questionnaire.
Discuss your health, weight and relaxation goals.
Explore your current stress management strategies and self-care routine.
Identify barriers that might prevent you from reaching your goals.
We will discuss:
Which diets or weight loss programs have they tried?
At what age did weight and food become an issue?
How was food and eating treated in their family?
Which emotions do they repeatedly experience around the issue of eating (when dealing with food)?
