Back pain is a common condition. 80% of people will experience back pain in their lifetimes.

Back pain typically lasts a few days to a few weeks and is usually mechanical in nature. Symptoms vary from a dull ache to stabbing pain. In this session we will access your type of pain, source of pain and develop a plan for gentle movement, stretches and relaxation into yoga poses to help alleviate your symptoms.
