Weight bearing exercise is very important as we age. I will work with you to set up a full body routine to meet your individual needs using dumbells. Standing is not required.

I am certified in Senior Fitness and Senior Power lifting.In this session I will help you select specific exercises that work with your range of motion and physical ability to enhance functional capacity. ( strength, flexibility, balance and coordination)

By the end of this session you will be able to incorporate a wide range of exercise options into your routine to meet your individualized fitness goals, health promotion and quality of life.
