Do you find very hard to lose weight and you feel like you have tried everything and just can't figure out what is the missing piece?
I understand. Stubborn weight can be hard to shift and many factors can be at play as to why it is there in the first place and why it feels impossible to get rid of such as inflammation, blood sugar imbalances, thyroid related conditions and other hormonal imbalances, high level of toxins, food sensitivities, gastrointestinal issues, or simply consumption of too much of the wrong foods.
I am here to help you figure it all out, and support you on jour journey to reach your goals, getting confident in your body again, and feel better than ever.
But what is Nutritional Therapy?
"Nutritional Therapy It is a science based approach using food, lifestyle changes and natural supplements to address chronic health concerns originated from physiological imbalances within the body.
Foods we are consuming have a direct effect on functioning of the cells within our body systems, and all systems are interconnected. Imbalances in one of them are likely to have a domino effect on other systems and that is why Nutritional Therapy is using an individualised, full-body approach to health and well-being, taking into account nutritional needs, lifestyle and environmental factors.
Rather than looking solely at the presenting symptoms, I am searching for the root causes of the conditions by digging deep into each individual’s health history, habits and diets and following a careful evaluation, creating a personalised plan, because “one size does not fit all”.
How does the session work?
Upon booking a session, you will receive my Health Questionnaire and 3 a day food diary template.
Once you send the questionnaire and food diary back to me, we can then have our initial 60 minute consultation where I am looking into signs and symtpoms in each body systems, medical and family history. At the end of the session, you will receive a tailored nutrition plan fully customized to your needs and goals, and a supplement protocol as well as any recommendation for functional testing if you wish or there is a need for it.
