During this 20 minute follow up session, we will revisit your current supplements, discuss your progress towards your wellness goals, and decide if any adjustments or additions to your supplement regimen need to be made. This is a crucial step in your path to wellness as many supplements do not need to be taken long term (saving you money!).
Within 24 hours of the visit, you will receive an updated and custom list of supplement recommendations to discuss with your physician.
