Hi, I'm Lina — a strength and yoga coach, NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained chef based in Portland, OR.
I built Lina Wellness Collective for women who are done with extremes. The all-or-nothing fitness plans, the diets that disconnect you from your body, the hustle that leaves you more depleted than when you started. What I offer instead is grounded, intentional, and sustainable — because that's the only kind of change that actually lasts.
My background weaves together functional strength training, yoga alignment and mobility, nervous system wellness, and whole-food nourishment. I hold a 200hr Yoga Alliance YTT, have co-facilitated two 200hr yoga teacher trainings, and bring a classical culinary lens to how I think about food and healing — not as rules to follow, but as ways of coming home to yourself.
I speak English and Spanish, work with clients across time zones, teach live virtual yoga every Friday, and am currently based in Portland, OR.
