Hi! I'm Kristina, a former classroom teacher and school counselor. I experienced intense burnout, stress, and anxiety. Stress can have a profound impact on the mind, body, and spirit and our overall health. I knew I had to do something to take care of myself so I became certified in Yoga and Mindfulness Practices and saw a huge impact and transformation in my well-being and overall happiness!

That’s why I am offering meditation sessions- to help others understand that anxiety is very prominent. You’re not alone. More people struggle than you probably even imagine. The best news is that there are tools to use to help you combat anxiety and manage it. During our session, I’m going to share what has helped me maintain strong mental health through the years and I want to help you do the same!
