I am a professional Certified Life and Executive Coach. My executive professional experience has been in developing and managing teams in the mortgage banking industry. With 16 years of hands-on learning, coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building, my professional journey led me to attain Vice President and Director positions in organizations in the public and private sectors.
As high-performing women professionally and personally, we are constantly wearing multiple hats and juggling many things at one time. It is very easy to put our own needs and well-being on the back burner while we tend to our personal and professional lives.
It’s so easy to get stuck on the hamster wheel of being “busy” without making any forward progress. Or if we are making progress, it comes along with high-level of stress and burnout which is not sustainable for long term viability and success.

My mission is to help women take the time to invest their well-being, mindset, and future by designing a sustainable lifestyle that supports their overall wellness and success. When we live a life that aligns with our deep personal values, we no longer operate from a place of overwhelm and stress. We are able to be intentional with our time and energy, allowing us to show up as our best selves, personally and professionally.
