Hi, I'm Jen!

I was a nurse for 20+ years and left healthcare with a mission to fill the gap in fertility care. I became a certified Health and Life Coach and obtained a certificate in Reproductive Grief and find I am able to help "better" in this capacity. As a coach I can holistically support and empower women who are struggling with the complex challenges of infertility. I will help you to optimize your overall well-being and equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to rise above your infertility diagnosis and reclaim your life.

I have both personal and professional experience with infertility which fuels my passion for adding value and support to this highly vulnerable, intricate and sensitive journey. By incorporating mind-body practices into your fertility care we can simplify, reset, validate and replenish your infertility experience.
