Healing has always been a core importance of mine from a young age. Even though as a child I was aware of what you should and should not do, I have truly been following a life of conscious healthy living for upwards a decade now. In 2012, I was provoked to question what were the best quality products and where I could find the cleanest food for the highest quality life. Since then, I learned and tried new ways to get to where I am now.

After struggling with a few health issues myself, I turned to an IHP to see what she could offer. What she did was look at my blood work, asked me questions about my lifestyle and diet, and recommended lifestyle changes and supplements. Now here's the difference between the doctor and the IHP for me- I had to put in the WORK to achieve my goals which I was more than willing and ready to do all while learning ways to help my body function properly.

Since working with an IHP, I have learned more about my body, mind, and spirit and I have found myself. This is not to say everyone should become an IHP, rather "alternative" ways can give you what you are truly looking for.
