As a Certified Meditation Instructor accredited by the Yoga Alliance since 2021, and a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2014, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to my practice.
For the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of teaching yoga and guiding students through meditation and body awareness practices. My journey into mindfulness began with my initial training as a yoga instructor, where I discovered the profound impact that mindfulness techniques can have on one's overall well-being. Since then, I have been deeply committed to expanding my knowledge and skills in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, continually seeking opportunities for growth and learning.
Currently, I am completing an intensive training program to become a Certified Mindfulness Coach under the guidance of Sean Fargo, founder of Mindfulness Exercises. This comprehensive training has equipped me with advanced tools and techniques to support individuals in cultivating mindfulness in all aspects of their lives, from managing stress and anxiety to enhancing relationships and fostering personal growth.
