I'm an artist in my early 20s- I've been navigating my own mental health struggles with art. I've learned to use my years as a self taught artist to help cope and understand my emotions. Though my work, I aim to express my journey and help others to understand they aren't alone. Art is a beautiful thing and i believe it can help people in more ways than one. Art, creativity, isn't just something pretty to look at, its a way to connect to others to grow- to express yourself that words alone cannot do.
