I’m so glad you’re here! As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and certified Yoga Instructor, my mission is to support you in cultivating a sustainable wellness foundation—empowering you with the tools to reclaim your vitality and achieve the vibrant life you deserve.

Drawing from expertise in holistic nutrition, sustainable weight loss, diabetes and blood sugar management, gut and hormone health, and chronic illness, I offer 1:1 sessions tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work on a bio-individual level, meeting you exactly where you are today to develop a personalized action plan that helps you overcome barriers and implement positive habits for long-term wellbeing.

My path to coaching was born out of necessity. For over a decade, I managed the complexities of healing from autoimmune conditions—including chronic Lyme disease, POTS, and Hashimoto’s. Through nutrition and mindfulness practices, I transformed my life; that experience fueled my passion for supporting others as they navigate their own health challenges.
