As a lifelong competitive athlete turned coach, I learned injury prevention and body balance to keep both myself and my athletes healthy and well. A traumatic brain injury took me off the sidelines but has given me the opportunity to learn so much more. Now, I work on the whole system to move better, feel better, think better and to prevent decline in all aspects so that life can be lived fully at any age.
I work with people of all ages and abilities, whether it's to improve performance for the athletic field or the field of life, I can help you perform at your best. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with certifications in Exercise Physiology, Functional movement, corrective exercise and personal training.
