In 2022 I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and currently work as an Associate Clinical Counselor in San Diego, CA. I have had experience in working with clients in a variety of ways including: naturopathic medicine, stress resiliency training, virtual wellness coaching, inpatient mental health treatment, and outpatient mental health treatment.
I personally have a passion for teaching and I love supporting others in their wellness and health journey.
