Hi, I’m Elise Foss!

I’ve been working in fitness and wellness for over 30 years, helping people feel stronger, move with more ease, and build confidence in their bodies and daily lives. I specialize in working with individuals who want to reduce pain, improve balance and mobility, and create sustainable habits that truly support their well-being.

I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and a postgraduate certificate in Somatic Training, along with certifications as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Health Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist. I’m also trained in Pilates, core work, Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals, from beginners to older adults, helping them move more comfortably, prevent injuries, and feel more connected to their bodies. I’ve also created internationally distributed fitness videos, written wellness columns for Spanish publications, and shared fitness insights on Telemundo.

My approach is practical, supportive, and personalized, so you can feel real changes, not just during a session, but in your everyday life. I’d love to support you on your journey.
