With a masters degree in Dietetics and over 4 years of hands-on experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to my practice.
My journey in dietetics began with a deep curiosity about the relationship between food and health. This led me to pursue formal education and gaining invaluable experience working in various clinical and community settings. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of guiding clients through diverse nutritional needs such as managing chronic conditions like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease as well as optimizing performance for athletes.
