Denton Coleman

I am an Exercise Physiologist, Holistic Health Coach, and Medical Researcher with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness sphere. My areas of expertise are sundry, yet chiefly revolve around Functional Medicine and Functional Fitness.

Autoimmunity is my primary research focus, and I am currently writing a book on the reversal of Type 1 Diabetes. I also have a very strong background in neuropsychiatry, immunology, gastroenterology, and cardiology, and have worked with myriad clients struggling with conditions that fall under the above categorizations.

Secondarily, much of the curricula I teach in based in Functional Movement Science and Functional Nutrition - applying a very comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of holistic dietetics, exercise physiology, and fascia kinetics to these disciplines.

Being an ardent advocate for natural medicine, I have also written and lectured extensively on a wide variety of topics from nutraceuticals, aromatherapy, gut health, Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra, to female hormone health, EMFs, chronic pain, biological dentistry, psychology, addiction, and metaphysics.

I would love to be of whatever assistance I can in your attainment of your wellness goals and the health and happiness you deserve :)
