About me :
I am a former pro athlete (swimmer) and grew up in the sports environment developing for it a passion at first. I then transformed this passion into my job since 2008.
I worked as a swimming coach and fitness group trainer, I worked in the rehabilitation field and with people with special needs.
For the last 7 years, I specialized mainly as a Personal Trainer which allowed me to fully understand my path.
I love educating, supporting people through their goals, and helping them become the best version of themself minimizing and avoiding setbacks.
