I have been practicing yoga since 2003 and first became certified in 2004. It did not take me long to realize my Bachelors degree in exercise science and my Master’s of Divinity degree were exactly where I was supposed to be on my journey of wholistic living. I believe we are whole beings-a body, a mind, and a soul. I have since completed my Doctor of Education in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, RYT200, E-RYT200, and RYT500 and am currently completing an 805 hour Yoga Therapy program.
I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise is Medicine Expert. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise as group fitness instructor, Functional Movement Specialist, and Certified Medical Exercise Specialist.
I find my spark in working with people who have special concerns or conditions.
Always listen to your body, it knows the way!
