Personal and Professional Experience

With over 20 years in healthcare, I started as a specialist dietitian in clinical and sports nutrition and later expanded into health supplement development. Over time, I transitioned into functional medicine and personalised health coaching, combining these fields to offer a precision-based approach to health.

Like many, I’ve faced my own challenges with burnout, low energy, anxiety, and brain fog—reinforcing my understanding that even health professionals are not immune to health struggles. This experience has deepened my commitment to evidence-based, personalised strategies that promote lasting well-being.

Your journey begins with two 90-minute sessions that focus on understanding your health in depth and creating a personalised plan. From there, you can choose the level of support that best suits your needs:
