In addition to my NASM certifications, I am CPR/AED certified, ensuring a secure environment for my clients during training sessions. Moreover, I hold multiple Nutrition Certifications, including Performance Nutrition Coach, Performance PT Coach, and Level 1 & 2 Nutrition Specialist under the tutelage of renowned expert Dr. Layne Norton through the Clean Health Fitness Institute.
