From a very young age I have been in awe of the symbolic language of archetypes. My attraction to astrology continued through my youth and adulthood and motivated me to gain certification as an astrologer by the Astrological Faculty of London and to pursue a degree and a Ms in Psychology.

I hold a Certificate in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology by Alef Trust, a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology by Liverpool John Moores University, a Master's in Education by the University of Dundee and a Degree in Psychology by the University of Barcelona. I'm registered with the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors: https://iactm.org/coach. I have written a book about archetypal coaching which is now under editorial review and some articles about archetypes and the attachment style in my web ( https://astrodreamcoachingwithalba.com/blog_en/) and in academia (https://www.academia.edu/76088150/).

Based on my knowledge and experience with psychology, mindfulness, astrology and dream work, I have developed a holistic coaching method grounded in self-awareness that integrates astrological archetypes and dream work.
