My name is Cristal Velazquez. I have been a serious foodie for as long as I can remember. As a kid I was always curious about food, enjoyed watching my mom whip up an amazing homemade meal! Going to local farmers markets and supermarkets checking out the seasonal fruits and veggies has always been fun for me!
Fast forward to adulthood starting a career in a hospital because I knew I wanted to help others. Going into nutrition seemed like my destined path. I truly enjoy assisting clients by providing nutrition knowledge making sure they can reach their nutrition goals is my true passion.
