90 Day Health & Life Coach

Alisa Sane is the Founder & CEO of 90-Day Health & Life Coach. I have been Social Worker for 26 years. I am a Certified Life Coach, Christian Pre-marital & Marriage Coach with an emphasis on a Spirited-led life, approved by the HIScoach Training Academy Leadership. I have worked with many different populations: including addictions, corrections, families, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorders, crisis management, medically fragile, poor coping skills, self-esteem issues, confidence problems, abuse issues, internal conflicts, anger management, fear, creating goals to move clients forward, lack of motivation, work-life balance, career issues; to name a few. I work with adults, couples, engaged, singles, and people who want a better relationship with friends and families. I have facilitated coaching groups that dealt with anger, trauma, poor coping skills, drug and alcohol, and Intensive Outpatient. I am a Coach that exists to help others to declutter their minds, align their physical being with their mental and emotional compass and live purposefully. I bridge social work and coaching disciplines together and move clients forward; they may be more likely to flourish. I graduated from Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Social Work. I later obtained a Master of Arts from the University of Phoenix in Adult Education & Education Training. In addition, I later studied at Health Coach Institute; I received a Life & Health Coach certification. My hobbies include writing poetry.I am a mother to a teenage daughter and wife of now 20 years to Moussa. I derive inspiration from my life-long pursuit of a deep understanding of the world around me. I believe in such great causes as St. Jude hospital fighting cancer for many children and families living with this challenging battle. I pray for a cure for this endless battle. In addition, you can find me hanging out at Starbucks with my laptop, people-watching, and laughing with friends.
