Hi There! I have a Masters Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan. I currently work in a rural hospital as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have experience working with various disease states and conditions including cancer, diabetes, kidney failure, liver disease, multiple gastrointestinal related concerns (diverticulosis, GERD, ostomies, gastritis, colitis, UC, Crohn's disease, etc.) pancreatitis, etc.
But my 'bread and butter' is weight management! My goal as a registered dietitian is to educate clients on nutrition and empower you with the knowledge and confidence of taking control of your health and wellness! My goal is to meet you where you're at and get you to where you want to be!
I have personal experience as a bikini bodybuilder competing in the NPC, a history of tracking macros for fat loss and reverse dieting phases, as well as healing my gut and hormones with functional medicine practices.
