From a very young age, I have been fascinated by the symbolic language of archetypes. My lifelong interest in astrology led me to become a certified astrologer through the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London and, later, to pursue academic studies in psychology, transpersonal psychology, and education.
I hold a Certificate in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology from Alef Trust, a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Dundee, and a Degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. I am also registered with the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM).
My work brings together psychology, mindfulness, astrology, dream work, and contemplative practices. Over more than 20 years of study, teaching, coaching, and personal practice, I have developed an integrative approach to coaching grounded in self-awareness and psychological insight. My method uses astrological archetypes and dreams as symbolic tools for exploring patterns, inner experiences, personal challenges, and potential for growth.
I am the author of Archetypal Coaching: Creating Synergies Through Astrology and Dream Work, published by Routledge in 2025. The book presents an integrative framework that combines coaching, astrology, dream work, somatic awareness, and Jungian active imagination, offering practical ways to work with archetypal and symbolic material for personal development and transformation.

I currently teach online classes in Archetypal Coaching, sharing the approach developed through my professional and academic experience. The classes explore how astrology and dream work can be used alongside psychological and coaching practices to develop greater self-awareness, recognize recurring patterns, and translate symbolic insight into meaningful changes in everyday life.
