The Emotion Code was created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a chiropractor and holistic healing practitioner. Dr. Nelson began developing the technique in the 1990s after observing that many of his patients' physical ailments seemed to have emotional roots. Through years of study and practice, he refined the method and published "The Emotion Code" book in 2007, which popularized the technique. Since then, the Emotion Code has been embraced by holistic health practitioners worldwide as a tool for promoting emotional and physical well-being.

Once identified, the practitioner uses the magnet to release the emotion.
