Hi! I'm MeaLenea (Muh-Lee-Nah). I earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Foods and Nutrition from Fort Valley State University in 2019. I worked as a Clinical Dietetic Technician at a nationally verified level 1 trauma center in Atlanta, Georgia for over 2 years where I practiced nutrition communicating, counseling, and education on a variety of patients with heart diseases for a near total of 5,000 hours. I'm currently working to earn another degree, a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Earning this degree will give me the chance to sit for the Commission on Registered Dietitian Exam to become a Registered Dietitian, the ultimate nutrition expert!
I currently live with my husband, Jeffrey. We have a dog named Jack. Purple is my favorite color and in my spare time, you will most likely find me creating all kinds of fabric art through my favorite hobby, knitting.
