Vincent Allen is a health and fitness professional that focuses on bringing holistic health education, functional training, strength, balance, and mobility to his clients. With more than 14 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness, Vincent has found his own style of coaching by the combination of behavioral change, health and wellness coaching, functional strength training, and overall body movement.

He stands by the idea that an integrated approach to health and fitness not only enables us to build outstanding wellness and physique but also compels our body to perform in ways that we never thought possible.

The Philosophy of VGA Wellness

My passion is to help people achieve their health and wellness goals by building trust, respect, and commitment with them. I coach with a holistic perspective, which means I consider all aspects of a person's well-being, not just their physical fitness. I value their beliefs, concepts, and attitudes as much as their actions and results.

​A holistic perspective also means looking at the big picture of fitness, health, and wellness. I understand that each person has unique needs and challenges that require a personalized approach. I do not focus on one aspect of health or fitness, but rather on how to balance and integrate them for optimal performance and health.

As a health and wellness professional, I design programs that address your specific needs and goals, while also challenging you to grow and improve in areas that you may neglect or avoid. I incorporate the five main components of wellness- nutrition, strength, cardio, mobility, and mental health- working with you in understanding how these components bind together to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I will not offer you a quick fix or a magic solution, but rather the tools and guidance to achieve your goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
