I am a registered dietitian (RD) in the UK and Bulgaria and a Clinical Data Manager (CDM) in Bayer. I have experience in creating nutritional regimens for overweight and obese patients, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, malnutrition, dyslipidaemia, cholelithiasis, nephrolithiasis and many other diseases. I also provide nutritional guidance for patients on parenteral and enteral nutrition with neurological, oncological and surgical medical issues
I graduated with Masters of Dietetics and I have written a research project focused on B vitamins and the development of oncological diseases, in particular - tumours of the breast and in the gastrointestinal tract. I also specialised in Sports Nutrition as part of my master's qualification.
I have been an intern in endocrinology and diabetes for a specialist endocrinologist (MD). I have also been on placement in NHS Tayside, Scotland, where I worked on a rotational basis- both in acute and community. I have also practiced as an intern in the genetics department in a genetic laboratory.
I have completed a Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics course.
