I am passionate about well being support because I understand the struggle. I experienced it, I lived it, and I overcame it. I was a stressed, struggling with work-life balance, poor food choices, low energy levels, not feeling good, outside of a healthy weight range, and diseased. This led to various ailments. I needed to take back my health. I applied 30+yrs of corporate and personal change management experience to create a transformation plan for myself. Advocating for my own health led to a series of changes that completely transformed my life and understanding of wellness. I began to thrive and to flourish, overcoming my “health drainers”. I soon began to receive compliments on how healthy I looked as I reversed every ailment and removed my stress. “As you care, share, as you receive, give”. This mantra helped me realize that I am and have been able to successfully coach others with similar stories transform and change their narratives from feeling out of sorts and poorly to feeling better, content and well, embracing a new, vibrant, healthy, balanced, and grounded life. I do this through personal coaching, teaching yoga or guiding meditation sessions. I enjoy helping people make positive shifts in their lives to eat better, move better, and live better.
