Integrative medicine found ME when I was in the depth of my struggle with chronic illness. I was an undergrad when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease (among other significant diagnoses). On my own quest for health, I found the field of integrative medicine and knew I had to become a practitioner.

I found the integrative medicine program at The George Washington University, which just so happened to be headed by Dr. Andrew Hayman, one of the worlds leading Integrative experts in treating Lyme disease. I earned my MSHS Integrative Medicine in 2021.

Even though I earned my degree rather recently, I’ve been working with people for over a decade. In the darkest night of my illness, I started a YouTube channel by accident. People began contacting me from around the world, desperately seeking help. I explained to them that I was not a doctor, but I could share with them the things that were helping me feel better. Once I went into my program, I began coaching people more formally, and now have a solid 7 years of experience in this field.

Because of my exposure on YouTube, I’ve been blessed to work with people in nearly every country with conditions ranging from the most simple cold to the most complex histamine intolerance-mold poisoned-heavy metal toxic- autoimmune-gut issue patient.

When I’m not working with patients, I’m a competitive aerial dancer (think Cirque du Soleil performance acrobatics). It’s really, really fun and super challenging. If you want to give it a try, I teach that too. I’m passionate about my faith, my boyfriend and our relationship, my furbabes (Pax-Pup, Patrick-Cat), moving and working out, eating meat, adventuring, creating, singing, laughing and praying.
