With over two decades of teaching experience, Sandy Raper is a vocal advocate for yoga teachers and holistic well-being. She is dedicated not only to sharing the class experience and training others to teach yoga but also to educating and equipping others with the tools to sustain longevity in both their personal practice and professional careers. She has trained, mentored, and empowered numerous teachers worldwide, helping them develop the skills necessary to lead impactful yoga classes and evolve into leaders and agents of change within their communities.

Expanding her mission beyond yoga education, Sandy now offers Health & Wellness Coaching to support individuals in crafting a sustainable, balanced approach to well-being. Integrating principles of movement, mindfulness, and holistic health, she partners with clients to create personalized wellness plans that foster vitality, resilience, and longevity.
