Sonia is a bioenergetic practitioner with over a decade of experience as a mental health professional. She has served children and families by providing individual and group counseling services. Through her company SSM Empowerment, she facilitated foster care training and support to families and a host of other social services. While wellness has always been her passion, she wanted to explore health and wellness holistically.
While embarking on her own healing journey, she discovered and honed her own innate abilities to heal herself by creating products through MEA Body Essentials. She began studying Reiki and other holistic tools to maintain her healing and offer the gift to others. She accepted the call to be a conduit to assist others in awakening their own inner healer. She believes that holistic health and wellness tools are necessary to get to the root of an issue.
