I am a Licensed Psychologist with a PhD from Regis University, specializing in human behavior, relationship counseling, and 1-on-1 coaching. My expertise focuses on understanding and addressing the complexities of human behavior and relationships, and how these factors impact overall wellness.
I chose to become a psychologist rather than a psychiatrist or medical doctor because I am firmly against prescribing medication, which I believe can lead to long-term addiction and dependency. The conflict of interest in the FDA’s approval of both food and medications further influenced my decision. My approach is centered on providing compassionate, medication-free solutions that address both physical and mental health, helping clients achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
When you book a session with me, you’re choosing a highly qualified professional who genuinely cares about your well-being. I am committed to offering insightful and empathetic coaching to support you in reaching your personal and professional goals.
