I have a master's degree in nutrition (M.S) and national board certification in health and wellness coaching (NBC-HWC), with many years of experience in the health care and functional medicine space, and licensed to practice in nutrition in WA State and CT (there is no licensure for dieticians or nutritionists in CA). I am a food-first practitioner, and my understanding of whole-self wellness includes a holistic approach to lifestyle while also utilizing functional and conventional labwork to help guide your healing journey with targeted therapies. These tests are an additional out-of-pocket expense for the patient/client, but are always worth the extra expense in what we can achieve with your health and wellbeing.
