How My Coaching Sessions Work
Finding the right coach is a deeply personal decision—and one that deserves time and care. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to give you a chance to ask questions, share your goals, and get a feel for how I work. This call is pressure-free and designed to ensure that you feel safe, supported, and heard from the very beginning.
If you feel confident and comfortable moving forward after our consultation, we’ll schedule weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on your needs and capacity. Each session is a dedicated space to explore what’s most present for you—whether that’s navigating past trauma, working through emotional patterns, or building skills for resilience and personal growth.
Our work is collaborative. You set the pace, and I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and consistent support. I’ll gently challenge you when needed, while always honoring your boundaries and your unique journey.
