As a former smoker myself, I know what it's like to face the addiction of smoking head-on with hypnotherapy. In fact, speaking as someone who is difficult to hypnotize, I was stunned by how effective Smoking Cessation hypnosis was on me. After 20 years of smoking, the day that I finally quit felt like a miracle, and it marked a turning point in my life. It was also the day that I decided to become a hypnotherapist.
The addiction of smoking is real, and besides the health implications, a major consequence of addiction that is rarely discussed is the disheartening feeling of shame that arises for smokers. We did not decide to become smokers, yet here we are, exactly that. I am here to help you to quit smoking for good and to transform any feelings of shame into feelings of strength—because confronting the challenge of addiction has the potential to be one of the most empowering experiences of your life.
Before booking a session with me, please contact me to schedule a free consultation call. During this consultation call, we will have a candid discussion about your history as a smoker, intentions and reasons for quitting, what you feel has stopped you up until this point, and so on. There is no shame here, because I've been exactly where you are. During this free consultation, I will give you a short book to read. In my experience, I have found either one of two things can happen after you read this book: (1) you might quit smoking altogether solely with the book or (2) you will be hyper mentally prepared to quit but might need hypnotherapy to give you that extra push.
If, after reading the book, you decide that you would like hypnotherapy to give you that extra push to quit, then you can book a Smoking Cessation package with me. After you book, we will schedule Session 1 (your quit date—2 hours) and Session 2 (reinforcement session about 1-2 weeks after your quit date—1.5 hours). I will also provide you with a reinforcement recording after Session 1 to listen to if needed before Session 2. Then, it will all be smooth sailing from there. Remember, you were born a non-smoker, and you are simply returning to your natural way of being in the world.
