In just 4-weeks you’ll learn to nourish your body with food that fits your lifestyle and develop practical strategies for mindful eating, stress management and better sleep.
As a personal trainer, I can offer ideas and assist in creating a plan to incorporate more movement into your daily routine!
You’ll start by completing a simple health history form so I can learn more about you and best serve your individual health needs.
Then, we meet for an initial 45-minute phone session to discuss your health history and current goals.
We’ll continue to meet once a week for 30-minute phone sessions each building upon the last. I’ll send a follow-up recap email after each session for your reference, and you’ll be able to email me throughout program with any questions. 4 Weeks—5 total sessions.
