In this 5-session package, you can spread out the sessions as needed to “check-in” on your progress. Our first session will review what you envision for your healthiest self and craft a long-term goal for your future self; following sessions will support your progress by checking in and adjusting your goals to find the most effective behavioral practice for you and your lifestyle.
