Are you newly diagnosed and feeling overwhelmed? Or maybe you're post-treatment and wondering why you don’t feel “done” even though the appointments are behind you?
Wherever you are in your breast cancer journey, this one-time coaching session is a safe place to land, take a breath, and be fully seen.
I’m Heather, a certified life coach and breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed at 38, and I know how disorienting this path can be — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I created this session for women like us: women trying to find their way through treatment, survivorship, or the long-haul of hormone blockers and scans while maintaining a career, establishing our lives, and raising our families.
This is your chance to get personalized support without any pressure. If you’ve been wondering whether coaching could help you feel more like yourself again — this is a gentle way to try it.
During our 40 minutes together, you can:
Talk about what’s feeling heavy or hard right now—nothing is too big or too small.
Get support from someone who deeply understands the cancer experience.
Learn simple, actionable tools to help with stress, fear, or decision fatigue.
Ask questions about how coaching works and whether it might support you longer term.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and a little more equipped to navigate what’s next.
This session is perfect for you if…
You’re craving emotional support that isn’t medical or clinical.
You’re curious about coaching but not sure what it’s like.
You want to talk to someone who’s been there — and come out the other side with compassion and clarity.
You feel like you’re “supposed to be fine” but you’re not fine — and you don’t want to keep pretending.
Why I do this work
When I was in treatment and beyond, the tools I’d already learned through coaching are what helped me stay grounded, present, and connected to joy—even during the hardest moments. Now I use those tools to help other young breast cancer patients and survivors create space for healing, meaning, and self-trust in their own lives.
This isn’t just a conversation. It’s a moment to honor yourself, your story, and what you need right now.
I’d love to meet you.
