-A 30-minute Video Call Meeting every Two Weeks to further discuss your progress, implement changes (if needed,) receive helpful nutrition tips and advice from me, and of course, to hold you accountable so that you may achieve you goals with great success.

-Daily support and motivation from me.
I will connect you to an app where we'll be able to keep in contact on a daily basis, if you'd like. Through this app, you'll be able to ask me any questions you may have on a regular basis, as well as send pictures of your meals so that I may give you tips and feedback on your progress and provide encouragement and advice, as needed.
