• Initial Wellness Assessment: A deep dive into your habits and health goals.
• Personalized Action Plan: We will craft your wellness vision, long-term goals, and short-term goals (SMART GOALS) to help you achieve your dream life. You are the director of your life, you know what works best for you. And I will help you design the plan that works best for you.
• Regular Check-Ins: Consistent support, progress tracking, and plan adjustments to keep you moving forward.
