These sessions are meant to be a fun way of getting a good workout while learning the art of Boxing/Kickboxing/Muay Thai! While these arts are best trained in an actual gym with an actual partner, an attention to detail regarding technique and its application can go a long way.
I can give you detail oriented technical advice throughout these workouts so that you improve your skills and get a good sweat along the way. I have over 10 years of martial arts experience and have worked with an assortment of clients that have had seen results under my guidance. Most of the clients I have worked with are beginners or people looking to stay in shape. So, whether you are serious about Martial Arts or not, I would love to train you so that I can help you achieve your fitness goals on a multifaceted level.
Martial Arts workouts can improve your cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, and muscular endurance.
When working with me the sessions will run as follows
10ish minute warmup
40-45 minutes of martial arts work
5–10-minute cooldown
Example exercises we may do are, jump rope, shadowboxing, footwork drills, conditioning circuits, and skill-based drilling
