Over the course of five powerful sessions, you’ll work one-on-one with a certified health coach to explore your current habits, clarify your goals, and build a plan that aligns with your values and vision for your life.
We’ll begin with a comprehensive health assessment using tools like the Wheel of Health and a Personal Health Plan. These tools provide a holistic view of your well-being and help identify areas where you’re thriving, as well as areas that may need more attention. From there, we’ll co-create a customized wellness plan that reflects your unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Each session is designed to build on the last, giving you time and space to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.
What to Expect:
Session 1: Foundation & Assessment
We’ll start by understanding where you are right now—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Using the Wheel of Health, we’ll explore key dimensions like nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, purpose, and relationships.Session 2: Vision & Goal Setting
Based on your assessment, we’ll get clear on your personal health vision and what you want to feel and experience. Together, we’ll set specific, meaningful goals that excite and motivate you.Sessions 3 & 4: Action Steps & Barrier Busting
Here’s where change really starts to take shape. We’ll identify practical, actionable steps you can start taking immediately.
