Warm Welcome & Connection We’ll start by getting to know each other. Christina will share her coaching style and background, and you’ll have a chance to talk about what brought you here and what you're hoping to achieve. 2. Your Training & Injury History You’ll go over your past experience with lifting—what’s worked, what hasn’t, and any injuries or movement limitations we need to consider when designing your program. 3. Clarifying Your Goals Are you training for a competition? Want to hit new PRs? Improve technique? Build muscle or cut weight? We’ll get super clear on your short-term and long-term goals so we can reverse-engineer the right plan for you. ️ 4. Walkthrough of the Coaching Process You’ll get a breakdown of how your programming will be delivered, how to submit form videos, how weekly check-ins work, and what kind of support you’ll receive between sessions. 5.
